Dear Mr.Shubhajit Roy, HeadCustomer Care,
I am extremely regretting to inform you that today I feel why do I purchased Tata Nexon Car, "A winner in Extra Safety"l I had saved my life at Mumbai Central Railway Station at 12pm, Just sat in the Car with my friend and suddenly guys waved at us that Smoke is coming from Bonate, We called Tata Motors Customer Road Help 24Hrs, they could not arrange toeing even after 3hrs, Worst experience, they wanted to call toeing vehicle from Bhivandi fior a car in Mumbai Central, I had arranged it from Bajaj Alliance with in 1hr and put the car with Concord Motors, Worli.We found to our surprise that there is Major problem in Engine.How can it happen after the service of just 15000 Kns, purchased on 27th Dec 2017, purchased at Rs 9.5 Lakhs.I feel shivering and thunder shock to seat in the same vehicle again, I hope Tata will give us new Engine.But I still will I be satisfied with Tata Vehicle, Jyoti Madam from Concord Motors, Worli was extremely helpful in Taking care o[censored]s.I feel Tata should replace my Car and see to it that these type of incidences will not repeat again.You can not play with "Human life."If something would have happened for God Sake.then what would Tata do!!
