Dear Sir
Due to blessing from God I escaped from a fatal road crash that happened to me due to axle break down of my tata tiago. Axle break down is not a common disaster. It means no one is safe inside car even without hitting or collision. I want full inspection from tata motors company.It seems that it was manufacturing defect. I want a response from tata motors team.

    The car is good, but the seating arrangement is not comfortable.In a long drive, the driver and the front passenger seats will not support the sitting posture.

      Booked Tata harrier at SCHAKRALAYA MOTORS PVT. LTD Puducherry on 23rd Feb 2023, and later on canceled because the final price was going out of my budget, had confirmed the same to the sales guy Mr. Praveen regarding the same which he acknowledged, but after following up for the past 2 months no response from him, Dropped him several text, calls, message, and Email, but not a single response from him, tried reaching the showroom people, where they have asked to coordinate with him only and later disconnected the call, Really Surprise and Sad with the kind of revert from the entire team kindly look into it before I will go all out on Social media regarding the same

        Bought out Altroz on Novemeber 2021. From the time we get always issue, issue. No one has solved our problem. No, particular issue always some issue is rising, More than 50 times we visited service centre, showrooms etc... but our problem didn't solve is there any way to change the vehicle or you can take the vehicle and give our money back. We are very down after getting this car always issue, issue. We loved TATA so only we get Altroz. But after getting this car, upto 10 generations we decided not to get TATA cars in my opinion. Quality, issue solve all poor. We are thinking now, why we got this car, ? We lose our money, energy etc...

          We recently on 24th April 2023 purchased a Tiago ev. Right from the time of delivery there were issues the paint was chipped off and many other issues. After we took delivery and started driving there was rattling noise in the boot. We informed the showroom and they said we shall solve it at the time of servicing. The next day on 25th April while driving the vehicle the Ac of the car was going off on its own and was not coming on for hours. Also the brake regen was not workingWhen we informed the dealer they called us to the service centre which is 40kms away from my place. We took the car and told them to check by the time the Ac had started to work. Without doing a thorough check they said since it’s working there’s no problem. You get it if it stops working. About the regen they told us regen works only before 70% charge. But the regen previous day was working at 90% charge. That means either the incharge dint have knowledge of what happens or was trying to escape from issues. Immediately after reaching home again the Ac went off
          When we informed the dealer they again called us and said we need to keep the vehicle for checking. After hours of follow up the incharge person at 5:30 tells us we can’t identify the issue. We need to order some parts and check which can take 4 or more days. When we told the the car we need for our work and it’s difficult for us to manage work as we both work they said they can’t do anything. I requested them to give us a courtesy car (spare car) till it gets repaired they said they don’t have a spare car. And they cannot arrange anything. As for 4 days we had our work planned we had to take a rental car and pay 2000 per day. When asked them to at least compensate me for the rental car they said they will get back but nobody has reverted. The dealer was Sp motors Panjim
          The customer service there is pathetic. Cars are delivered to customers without a pre delivery inspection.

            Since i brought tata nexon xms petrol varient, i have been facing problem in side light and hazardious light, when we start the engine it works perfectly and after few minutes it doesn't work and again after some time it might work, we have been regularly taking this vechile in authorized tata service center but they are not able to slove this issue, would you please help us to find the acutual solution

              Recently we bought new Tata Harrier from Puneet Car Pvt Ltd, dealer of TATA MOTORS. But they sold us the display car of the showroom. This we started facing problems from day 1 onwards. Thus we have to give the car to workshop, and it was kept at workshop for 3 days, yet the issue was not resolved.

                On April 17, 2023 SP TATA Motors service center has damaged rear bumper by their team and since then they are not replacing it and giving false commitments also they are aware about our scheduled journey however the manager Mitesh [protected] is behaving rude and Sanket Vichare [protected] who damaged our car and didn’t inform us about the damaged which was done by him.

                Now SP Tata Motors, Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat is not answering with proper response and just giving false commitments also we have visited the workshop for the update about body work of rear bumper but they have not started working on it since they damaged and giving us false statement like the car will be delivered by today end of day or tomorrow morning but actually the ground reality is they haven’t touched the car to get the body work done as they don’t care.

                We have enough evidence as well such as call recording and video of car

                        Maine tata motors jalandhar se Kai services karva chuka hun, har bar Maine service ke time per digi ki problem batai thi ki digi day time mai apne aap khul jati hai.Parntu tata Cosmo jalandhar ne meri problem solve nahi ki.General service ke naam Rs 5820 ka bil Bana diya but jo problem thi vo solve hi nahi ki.

                          I got delivery of my new car tata harrier xt+ dark edition on 26 march 2023 from KESHVA MOTORS(MULUND),

                          After getting the delivery, within 30 mins I notice multiple problems in the car.
                          The problems are as mentioned below:
                          1.Major vibration on steering and also can feel the vibration on legs(as their is vibration on clutch too) while rotating the steering.
                          2.Major Left pooling (Car goes in left direction on both low speed and above 60kmph).
                          I have visited KESHVA MOTORS WORKSHOP, the consultant said they need to open the steering box(rack, job box) to resolve the issue.
                          But my concern is how would I allow to open the car or change the parts for my new car.
                          I also talked with the showroom person, he said they forgot to do PDI test of my car,
                          I feel that TATA MOTORS and KESHVA MOTORS have done fraud with me by giving me a faulty vehicle.

                            Tata safari vehicle quality and service issue

                            I have two issues in my three month old, fully automated top end dark edition safari vehicle. The first issue is that the bonut is not closing properly. When I called Kropex Service Center on Apr 18th, located at Marathaali, they told me to come by 2 PM to get the vehicle checked as the second service is due in May end.
                            I reached at 1.50 PM and got to know that all servicemen are on lunch from 1:30 to 2:30 pm. I waited for the servicemen...

                            I had booked TATA ALTROZ XZ DCA from PRERANA MOTORS LALBAGH AND PAID FULL AMOUNT ON MARCH 23 2023 AS informed from dealer vehicle will be sent to registration after full payment. So I asked them for delivery on APRIL 2ND BUT WHEN I WENT THERE the vehicle looked old as tyre brakes rusted had scratches all over the body of car, it was dirty so I refused to take delivery of the car nobody there responded properly and I raised a complaint same day CASE ID 24754 COMPLAINT REF NO[protected] but till now they are convincing me to take delivery of the car as they will get it ready and when recently visited and saw the vehicle after getting it ready still there were some issues.this type of negligence not acceptable from dealer and after paying full amount didn't get new car nor refund but the emi of the loan is to be started in another 6 days..I need REPLACEMENT of the car and I am filing the case against Tata and prerana motors in consumer court.some photoscouldnt be uploaded as the large size.i have raised complaint with all photos to customer care Tata motors

                              I have 2022 Nexon xm variant. I'm facing a huge 1-2 sec delay for the engine to start revving after giving throttle. I'm facing this issue from day 1 and have taken the car to three different service centres in Kerala. All of them examined the car and gave vague reasons such as "this happens in all models", "bs6 issue", "car is tuned as such to increase fuel efficiency".

                              I know none of them could figure out the exact issue. If this is happening in all models, that's not a reason to not fix any of them, All of them should be fixed. This issue has been a major concern for me especially when driving uphills.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have tata Nexon on 27 th March . I was driving from kanpur to noida . Near Mathura road my car driver side tyre blasted and my car was in speed of 95 and i tried controlling my car unfortunately I met with an accident . I submitted my car in okla delhi service center though claim process by Bajaj allainze . On 10 th i got my car . While driving three days i found that my acceleration of car is not proper . Balancing is not proper and my car is making noise during acceleration . I clearly mentioned them during please do the road testing of my car they didn't bothered to do it . Multiple of times I asked them . Plus now my car is making noise and acceration is not working smooth . Claim person is nt at all intested . My car is new i have bought this car on 12 th June 2021 . Total running of car is around 20000 km . I am not at all happy with the services they are providing me . And they are not supporting me as well . Making excuses all the time.
                                I would like to request please take actions to rectify my issue .

                                  Crack in rear twist beam of Tata Tiago

                                  My Tiago has just ran 17, 000km and dead axle got cracked. Such low quality product. They aren't covering the part in extended warranty. I have to pay now 16, 000 rupees for the part alone. Why I have to pay for the manufacturing defects? I am also facing paint defects and rusting. There are various other issues....

                                  We bought our truck from Tata motors about 6 months ago. The starter motors has been defaulted and not working. I made a complaint[protected] on Saturday 09/04/2023. The employee came and took the starter motors and told us that they will fix it. We haven’t heard anything since then. My truck is loaded and the party is asking for the delivery. This is not done yet. It’s been 6 days and they are just making excuses.
                                  I’m going through loss and mental stress as well.
                                  No one deserve this. This is not done.
                                  Whenever I call them they always say we haven’t received your starter motor.
                                  Is it really that hard?
                                  What about the loss I’m going through.
                                  What about my mental health.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Please look into my issue mentioned below :

                                    I purchased a Tata Harrier XT+ on 5 March, 2023.
                                    3/4/23 Software updated as called for getting so by service manager Tata Motors Berkeley agency, Zirakpur
                                    4/4/23. Problem of reverse gear camera not available starts after software update.
                                    6/4/23 problem reset by TM Berkeley agency
                                    10/4/23. Software Problem persists. It appears and disappears as per its whims and fancies. Two or three functions in addition to reverse camera not available malfunctions randomly. Informed to TM Berkeley agency. Despite their assurances it has not been resolved. Reverse camera
                                    along with Voice recognition is malfunctioning.

                                    Please help in resolving this on priority.
