My name is shijo george, working in postal department, ernakulam, kerala. I am great fan of tata cars from the launch of tata safari. After the launch of tata tiago i made a decision that ‘this is my first owned car’. I have arranged some money and booked tata tiago on 26.03.2018 from concord motors, north paravoor, ernakulam. As per the advertisement in malayala manorama news paper on[protected] i have visited the concord showroom on sunday. The sales person whom i met is antony, i have given my id proof and all other details to him via whatsup. That time he said that the booking amount is fully refundable. On the very next day i have booked the tiago via given token amount of rs.2000/- through online transfer from my syndicate bank account number. The booking id is /sap doc idis:[protected]. But due to some health issue f my father has to undergone a major surgery. So i have to rethink about my dream and i decided to cancel my booking on 16th april 2018. As per the instruction given from the sales person antony i have forwarded the cancellation letter and bank account details to antony via whatsup. But till the date no refund is received. When i contacted the sales head of concord motors, north paravoor sheeja, she said that they can only refund rs.1000/-. But during booking they said i can get full amount while cancellation of booking. Due to this incident i have lost total faith and believe in tata motors. Kindly take necessary actions to refund my booking amount.
