On 25th april 2018, when i was driving my above mentioned tata tiago car, it suddenly stopped and came to stand still. Fortunately i was driving very slowly and nothing untoward happened. Then i contacted tata motors ratnagiri. They arranged to toe away the vehicle to service center but i was not informed where it was taken to. Then i contacted through toll free number to your office many times but they also could not give any information on the status of the vehicle and where it was. Then i went to mahad to find out whereabouts of my vehicle, there i came to know that it was with bhandari motors mahad.
It is requested that latest position and probable date of handing over back may please be informed and till that date arrangement for some other vehicle from your side may piease. Be made. As of now i am hiring a vehicle for my day to day work since 25 th of april.
