1. I booked my car on 30 July. I first asked them for offers in August and they refuses for any. Finally i gave them cheque for token amount. After couple of days i come to know that there is 3-3-3 offer from tata. We asked for same so the sales person replied your invoice generated for 31st of july however the booking amount token amount was deducted after 5th of August. How can they generate invoice before clearing the cheque and not giving offers for which we are eligible?
2. For RTO process having my own house they asked for an affidavit. Such a hopeless and uneducated people asking for address proof with photo in it is mandatory. So according to them light bill is not valid, lic receipts are not valid, bank statement is not valid neither index 2. They don’t even try this in RTO it’s their on assumption that valid address proof should have photo in it eg Adhar card is only valid address proof for them and if buyer shifted 2 yrs ago and do not have current address on it, he won’t be able to purchase the vehicle. We refuses to give an affidavit and guess what it worked 🤔🤬.
3. Initial deal for providing seat covers worth rs 8000 when we asked for same from accessories list sheet they refuse to provide seat covers of our choice saying it costs 10000 and after arguing with the man he said there will be an extra charge for fitting however it is explicitly mentioned that this includes fitting charges. Everyone is lying so cheap people. Having conversation with sales manager he said I have to buy it seriously seat covers mentioned in accessories list provided by tata should be in stock why would he needs to purchase that. Simply they just wanted to make money out of it.
These are major issues we came across there are many more minors. I was my biggest mistake to go for tata. I would never suggest anyone to go for tata. Can you please provide me the details for cancelling the booking, I have given full downpayment and loan also get processed. Was this information helpful? |
