Tata motors /dealers didn't keep their promise. I have tata tiago, mh 30az0227. Complaint nos. Are 1) 08/05/2018 — [protected], 2) 19/05/2018 — [protected], 3) 15/06/2018 — [protected]. These are my complaints raised against jaika motors amaravati. Related to these complaints i got call from tata motors on 15/06/2018. As per their promise they are agree to give new ecu unit with free of cost and without any labour charge. As per company promise they will send the part to satish motors, akola and they will call you. But nothing happened like that. I did call to know the status of my complaint. I discussed three times with company. They were told we as soon as the part reaches to the dealer they will call you. But from 15/06/2018 to 22/07/2018 i didn't get any call from the dealer and didn't get ecu unit from the dealer. From company helpline i got a no. Of mr. Dinesh (Spare part department) i called him and asked about the matter. But he said to me that he don't have any information about this matter. I was shocked. I don't know what is going on. So unwillingly on 21/07/2018 i raised one more complaint no. Is 1-[protected]. Company didn't keep its promise. My complaint is not solve yet. Please don't hurt customers. Keep your promise.
