I've made a complaint earlier about tyre burst of my new tata nexon xz+ diesel model which has been marked resolved and there is no option to complaint about it or to even unmark it as resolved.
Who resolved the complaint as i've registered the complaint here, and i'm still struggling with the complaint as it had been more than a month now. I've received a call from tata motors social media team, regarding the issue of my tyre burst. Initially tata team became very active after the complaint to call me and to find the resolution asap, but they all loosen up lately, even if i didn't got resolution. I was told the resolution will be done soon, the headlights will be replaced which are at fault and slowly they are changing their own statements that they'll see. Why tata motors service is so pathetic? Why do i have to complaint just to get a proper genuine service? My two tyre got burst and they were expecting me to hold on that? How a person is supposed to just leave his current work and stay on road just to keep the tyre as it is so that in future goodyear team will come and inspect the tyre? Practically anyone will be getting the tyre fixed up so that he can carry on with his work.

Here is the resolution i got, i have to purchase both the goodyear tyre with 30% discount, and they're asking for ₹13, 000. Tata is running a scam here? Newly bought vehicle tyre burst and now i have to pay this much extra for new???
Please provide me a proper resolution else i had to highlight this truth in social media, about the tata nexon, how you're making people foolish. Now i'm regretting purchasing this vehicle. Even service is very slow from your side. Now no one is even bothering to pickup call.
