1. Accessories was not fitted properly it came off within 2 days checked with sales they said it will be fixed on 1st service. Gave for service yesterday informing the same, it wasn't fixed?
2. I am a tcs employee l enquired about platinum service membership i was told by sale that it all will be taken care on 1st service by the rep. Again i asked on giving for 1st service and no one cared to get back.
3. I took tata motor finance i got a reminder msg on 14 aug for emi till 16th aug no amount got deducted, i took initiative to get tata finance spoc and talked to veera they said my cheque is applied and probably will take a day or so as 15th aug was holiday. And today morning i get a call from tata motors service or call center asking me why i didn't pay my due.
Such a worse experience all throught out with all departments no one really takes care of customer.
Being a tcs er /tata employee i came to buy a car from tata motors completely stunned by the customer service. Will think twice to step into tata motors again? Or even recommend to others.
Just thought i should register this concern, not sure even this will be attended to or left aloof.
