I have a tata motors car
Model - zest xt
Car reg. No - mh14 fs 1628.
Insurance policy - tata aig
Policy no - [protected]
Claim no - [protected]a
Job card number
I have given my car for repair work
- 28th may 2018 - given car for repair
-29th may 2018 - no feedback even after 2 times followup
-30th may 2018 - got the status update
- 31st may 2018 - given all documents and details for insurance processing
-8th may 2018 - after followup got update that insurance approval received
-16th may 2018 - after followup got update that - part ordered
But there is no date when part will be delivered and no eta.
Can you please look into this and expedite the process for early delivery of vehicle.
Since last 21 days my car is at service center and daily i am struggling for office commute and spending money for cab.
According to advisory - once part is received 2-3 hrs of work is there to solve the problem.
So much delay is this tata motors - service standard?
I had trust in tata brand but due to such instances no more trust on this such well known brand.
Hope you will provide me regular update and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
