I am K.P.Naidu from Vizianagaram.I own four vehicles of your company.One of my vehicle TATA 909, vehicle no AP35X9189 unfortunately met with an accident on 14 March 2017.I have sent the vehicle to service centre named Ranga motors.Until now due to the non availability of spare parts, my vehicle has not been repaired which is causing a loss of ₹10, 000 per day.This is due to bad customer service by your company that is your company is not providing the spare parts .I have enough money to get my vehicle repaired but due to the usage of your "company vehicle"I am unable to get my vehicle repaired.
