[Resolved] Tata Motors — dent during repairs

On 10.5.18 i took my car up 32 dz 1249 to tata goldrush, faizabad road, lucknow for some repairs. While taking delivery of my car at around 7 pm, i noticed a dent just above the front left tyre. Immediately i told the service advisor that the dent has been caused during repairs in the workshop. With some hesitation he said that he would check cctv footage to find whether the damage has been done during repairs in the workshop. Being a proud customer of tata motors for the last 7 years, i hope that my complaint would be viewed in true spirit and would be resolved at the earliest. Regards Was this information helpful?
