[Resolved] Tata Motors — engine noise

Sir, this is regarding poor service which was done with authorize service centre tata dealer lakshmi motors trichy, it is my 4th free service 20000kms diesel filter element was changed & i was facing engine light glowing issue after the service, which was resolved again by them after one day, the new problem appears engine noise some belt or fan which was touching with something which i couldn't find exactly what it was. I asked service advisor regarding this issue he is stating its not an big issue. Please help me this sound keeps me irritating and also the service person who doesn't know to start the cr4 engine in front of me. How could these people are employed by knowing anything in tata motors.
