While traveling from haldwani to dehradun there was a sudden break down in my car (Tata tiago xz). I registered the complaint in the ebd department (Complaint no-[protected]). Next day some how i managed to take my car to the nearest dealer (Oberai motors, p. O majra saharanpur road, dehradun) by 9 am, but found no assistance there, finding no solution i contacted the customer complaint department (Complaint no 1-[protected]).
After an hour of wait my job card was prepared.
When the service manager (Mr lokender chauhan) got to know about the complaint he misbehaved and said ("now get your work done by the place where you filed the complaint, the helpline numbers will not help you its only us and now we are not in a mood to do so")
I was asked to take back my complaint in order to get my work done.
Latter the customer copy of the job card was taken away (I was able to click the photo of the job card) for me and told that the parts are not available that needs to be replaced.
In the end crm apologized for the inconvenience.
The car was latter given a general checkup and handed over.
