It is very sad that tata motors dealer based at bicholim=- goa m/s eishwari motors is not providing service on time. Today on 15th may, 2018 i had taken my tata bolt diesel car for checkup. However, after checking my vehicle i was told by technician that brake pads are to be replaced but i was told that the brake pads are not in stock with the dealer. Now, this incident happened with me for the third time. Last two times, one for replacement of shock absorber assmbly of my tata bolt diesel car and secondly for replacement of front lower arm i was called by the executive by giving me prior appointment on telephone however when i went to the dealer i was told that products were not in stock. All this happened to me alll the two times and today it was the third time i had to retuen back to my residence without my car getting repaired. Now, first of all i had to travel 21 kms from my residence at mapusa - goa to the dealer at bicholim - goa and on visiting the dealer i had to return back to my residence in an empty hand with my car unrepaired. Hence, i request you to strictly instruct the said dealer m/s eishwari motors to keep the spare parts in stock in order to make it convenient for the customers to get the efficient service on time. Further, i request you to instruct the said dealer to get the brake pads in stock and replace them to my car within 4 (Four) days from today failing which i shall be left with no other go but to make the said irresponsible service by your dealer to general public by means of social media and also mouth to mouth publicity.
