I have purchased Tata Tiago XT from the dealer "National Garage", Telibandha, G.E. Road of Raipur(C.G.)-492009. The puchase was done 09 August 2017. The photo of invoice and insurance containing car details are being attached in the photos. First of all, the car came with manufacturing defect of Glove box and shabby seat cover for which I went to showroom the next day but no one in the showroom found it worth entertaining after selling one more car which is their prime motive and I have to come back after waiting for 3 hours in order to get the work done and without getting any work done. Then my car bashed a small pole on 12 August 2017, for which I called the showroom to get my claim and they anyhow delayed it for 2 weeks after which when I finally took my car to showroom on the morning of 26th August 2017, they revealed that my car is not yet registered in the RTO because the payment of my accessories is due. This I found a very trivial reason for not registering my car because I have already paid for the car, insurance, tax, etc. on the day of purchase only. For accessories also, I have not paid them because the seat cover was very dull and shabby in look and fitting because as a consumer I want all the services to be very accurate when I am paying a penny for that. Now, after a great debate and paying them for that shabby seat cover and other accessories, the showroom guys anyhow got ready to register the vehicle to RTO but amidst all these chutzpah, claim of my car again delayed for a week.
What would happen if my car get stolen in this condition? Would the showroom take responsibility to find the car for me or to give me another car? What shall happen if in the days of this delay any internal part of car get deteriorate or get malfunctioned because of the series of the accident happened, would showroom replace that part on its responsibility?
Apart from these insincerity of National Garage employees, their treatment is not at all consumer friendly after completing their task of selling the car which won't harm me but the good will of TATA only. I did a very huge mistake of buying a car from National Garage dealer of Tata and shall highly recommend others to never repeat the same mistake again. My experience within 20 days of purchasing a car dwindled much of my trust from Tata Motors, which I considered one of the best automobile firms in India.
