This complaint is against tata motors for service record mismatch of my tata nano xta 2016 vehicle.
My vehicle registration number is ka51mj6414, chassis number - mat612263gkg21977
Basically, i bought this vehicle from tata motors - concorde bangalore in september 2016 (1 year). Got serviced from preerna motors (Kudlu gate, hosur road, bangalore).
Issue - ka51mj 6414 vehicle registration number entry in tata motors service records is overlapped by preerna motors with another vehicle number ka01mj6414.
My vehicle has run only 9000 kms and due 2nd service but application is showing 35000 kms and a paid service.
Due to this, my vehicle is not given any service by tata motors. I suffered an on road service issue as well as 2nd free service is due. When i call customer service, they are not able to find my vehicle registration detail and they are unable to give me any assured/ under warranty service.
This has incurred me cost from my pocket, and mental harassment.
Resolution required - i do not want to own tata motors vehicle anymore. As, they are neither providing service or resolution to my multiple complaints to customer service.
Fyi, i did call 7-8 times to tata motors customer service and registered complaint 3 times. Did follow up many times with both preerna motors and tata motors.
Now customer care agents says they are not even seeing any complaint registered as they did not find my vehicle registration number in their software.
I am attaching my rc book and screen shot of tata motors app showing wrong vehicle registration number with my vehicle chasis and engine number.
