[Resolved] Tata Motors — nexon service

My Tata motors dealer charged me 5, 200₹ for third service of my nexon (diesel). The only which they did was oil change and oil filter. Isn’t this service supposed to be free? I’m sure oil change and oil filter do not cost 5, 200₹. Why is this called a free service when they charge us for everything? They’ve even charged for normal washing which is supposed to be free. It’s shows approx 775₹ online for third service. But they’ve charged 5, 200₹. Whyyyyy?

@TataMotors SAB Mototor Ghaziabad is unable to provide the status of order # POTML-Sabmtr[protected]VC #54380425AIJR). We had a good booking experience and the staff was pleasant but lack of information now is frustrating. Please let us know the cancellation and refund process.
