Dear sir/mam,
This is regarding my tata nexon that was sent to harton motors gurgaon to replace its music system side frame which was crack due to sun heat and still in warranty (Tata nexon with registration number (Hr 76 d 5280). This complaint raised by me in the month of may-2019
But still no rectification from both harton motors gurgaon and tata motors. I raised my complaint so many time to tata car customer care only they given commitment but no rectification yet.
First of all i would like to tell you that i had purchased my car from arya motors (Gurgaon) as recommended from your representative from your agency itself so that i can get fast service without any fuss.
But when time came i got delayed and unacceptable service from your workshop.
I am disappointed with the behavior of your representative who only making commitments from last five months instead resolving my concern. I now wish, never to come back to the garage, if a positive attention is not given towards my problem and may route to the consumer's court, if not satisfied with your solutions.
