I have a Tata Altroz bought in the year 2022. The car's registered number is DL9CBA0847. I got my car serviced for the first time on 3rd May, 2024 at Delight TATA service centre, Plot no. 520, Mahendersingh Park, Nangloi Sakrawati, South West Delhi, Delhi-110043. My car had run only 7000 kms till then. After the service was done, I came to know after a few days that all the new parts of the car had been replaced by old ones and I had been cheated. I will be reporting this matter to the consumer court. I am a senior citizen who is more than 70 years old and am facing such hardship due to the poor functioning of the car after the replacement of new parts of my car with worn-out old parts.
This is so shameful of the TATA company that such fraud is happening at TATA service centres. If my car's new parts are not out back in my car, I will be taking up this matter in consumer court and filing a fraud as well as harassment complaint against the service center as well as TATA motors. In addition to this, I will also take up this issue on social media and inform the consumers how we are being fooled by TATA motors.
Thus, I want you to kindly escalate this matter and take action ASAP.
