[Resolved]  Tata Motors — tata motors dealers rsa motors

Am customer from last 15 years, when dealer sales men committed this offers & then only i ready to buy this new tata tiago & they tell to complete there taget in fy march ending.
So resolve the issue provide seatcover & mat as committed by dealer.in future suggest the tata & tata dealers care about their regular customer.
The dealer only trapping customer to complete their target with the help of true value & loan persons, but it effected the name of tata not a dealer. When we say we complaint to tata
Their reply complaint anywhere we cannot care this word of sales person.
On delivery day they cannot give us fast tag sticker, earlier they send without it company cannot give you a vechile. No guideness about the service of car or about car.
Once a person purchased car they dont care anything, very poor service of them. No specified person avilable at showroom to resolve the customer issue or complaint at the spot

Tata tiago XM petrol dt 25/03/18 buy from RSA Motors, CHD.The dealer salesmen on delivery refused to give seatcover & mat nor less price of the same which committed earlier & tell you are not eligible for this offer due to sell your old car to other, when exchange offer not avilable in march
what means of that.so provide the same. [protected]
