Respected sir/madam,

Myself vinay wants to inform you that i had booked a tata nexon car on 9th of november 2019 at your tata showroom, adishakthi dealer, nagawara, orr, bangalore in my wife name and at the time of booking they committed me to give full refund and due to some of my financial reasons i have cancelled my booking and when i asked them for the refund they gave me reasons like md is not coming, he is in different place and is not available to sign the cheque from past 15 days so, i just want to request you to do the necessary inquiry and refund me as soon as possible because i am in urgent need of it. Find the attached document for your reference.
