I am writing this email requesting seamless support from TATA motors & GO AUTO, My vehicle is damaged due to fire and currently at Body shop for the claim and repair process. The incident took place on 5th Nov, 24 and my vehicle was with the workshop till 7th November for detailed checkup to find out the cause of the fire incident. My vehicle was moved to the body shop on 8th Morning,
They still do not know when they will receive the parts, i am the one who is pushing them every day to check the status.
They are not commenting on providing me a stand by vehicle request. I was not aware tata does not provide any standby vehicle in case of long waiting period also where as maruti/ hyundai and toyota does.
It has been 10 days and I am not sure how much time it will take to get the delivery of my car, i am finding it difficult to commute and request you to assign a standby vehicle like every other brand does in case of accidental damage or service work. I would really appreciate if a standby vehicle can be provided from TATA, just want to add up that my father and brother owns their own business of transportation and from 1980's we are using TATA trucks and during my father 40 odd years of work service we owned more than 30 TATA trucks. We are very old customers of TATA and expect some extended support.
Please understand my situation and provide me with a standby vehicle.
Please push the body shop team to chase the insurance company for approval and start the repair work asap. Was this information helpful? |
