[Resolved] Tata Motors — tata tiago breakdown

Dear sir,

My tata tiago xz petrol car up 70 dq 0504- engine no - revtrn02ntyk28318 have some trouble.
After sharing whatsapp video it was reveal that some fuse problem, i requested to send electrician but customer care insists for toeing the vehicle.
The tata service centre is outskirt of prayagraj so i requested to attend my vehicle on payment basis but toeing the vehicle was their opinion which i not understand.
Request take action.

Nice to inform you that Grand Motors, Auto sales building, Allahabad sent the mechanic to resolve the issue of my Tata Tiago Car satisfied me with their services.
Poor service and complaint attending approach by G P Motors Allahabad.

I purchased car on 4th Jan 2020 from malayalam vehicle, Kochi
1, Back sensor problem-solved
2, Tail lamp light not working-solved
3, speed sensing auto lock -not solved
Service centre telling this model doesn't have speed sensing auto lock, but as per TaTa car specification it's there
