On October 12, 2022, I made an online booking for a Tata Tiago EV vehicle, paying a booking fee of Rs. 21, 000 to SR Tranzcars Pvt Ltd., Coimbatore. This payment was acknowledged by Tata Motors and subsequently transferred to the dealership's account. However, I was later informed that Tata Motors terminated its dealership agreement with SR Tranzcars Pvt Ltd due to their negative track record, without any prior notification to customers who had made advance payments.
Since this incident, I have made numerous attempts to contact both SR Tranzcars Pvt Ltd and Tata Motors to request a refund of my advance payment. Unfortunately, despite sending emails, registered letters, and reaching out to the consumer helpline established by the Government of India and the Registrar of Companies, I have not received any response or resolution.
TATA MOTORS is pushing me to knock at the doors of consumer court for the wrong it has done, which I am considering as a last resort Was this information helpful? |
