[Resolved]  Tata Motors — tata tiago wizz starring defect item sold by vendor

As tata brand is very reputed moreover its indian. I trust u n purchase this model. But got harrasment only in all ways.

[protected] starring lock problem reported at bhagyashree bongaigaon //baloram (Sales executive). Service person (Monoranjan) found the issue after driving my car.

[protected]st serving done. Nayan service engineer at nalbari bhagyashree found the same issue. Without solving the problem delivered car to me. Interestingly job card not provided me.
[protected] around 1 pm visited bongaigaon bhagyashree and inform the same issue to mr. Amit.
[protected] due the starring lock issue i have to face accident n some how myselfe escaped and got damaged back side of my car.
I have been following up verbal/telephonic below person but found no response even no body picking up my phone call till[protected].

After this i am bound to lodge a complain. Now the vendor asking my car but without any pickup recieving copy.
Vendor should replace all damage n defect part with car pickup acknowledgement. Hope this is justified.
Is this type of service n herrasment is tatamotors culture.
I dont have any faith with tatamotors now though posted this history
