I'm also facing the fuel pump problem.
I bought tata tiago xz in july'18. Since the time I bought it, I faced lot of fuelling problems (inconsistent throttle response) mostly during uphill slow moving traffic between 20-30kmph in 2nd and 3rd gear. It also misfires when the car is slowed down and suddenly when I try to accelerates. The service centre representatives say that it is a normal issue with 3 cylinder cars and there's nothing much they can do about it. I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible as this issue is very dangerous and I have escaped many problems while driving over flyovers when the car suddenly loses power in middle. I have also mailed the customer support team 2 months ago but they did not replied on the mail too.

Hi i have tata tigor xt 2017 model. I always service In tata motors authorised service center I facing same fuel pump issue. Please resolve my issue @TATA MOTOR
