I have purchased TATA Tiago car from Concord motor. After purchasing the car I was facing multiple issue in car. I have informed many time to dealer to resolve the issue in proper way. I have sent my vehicle 7 time to resolve the issue. It was really horrible for us.
Again I was many different issue related to Engine noise in car and I informed to service guys. I have given my car for servicing on 7th April 2018. After servicing they told we have resolved all the issue. After servicing first time I was using my vehicle on 14th april 2018. While driving my car breakdown in Mahaballeshwar Maharashtra forest. There are no one to help us and no network coverage. I was visiting with my family. We didn’t have sufficient water to stay long time in forest and summer season. There are many wild animal. It was horrible for me.
I have informed TATA motor and Concord motor both like vehicle having many problem and now my limits has broken. Life is more important as compare to vehicle. Both are not ready to help me. TATA motor is saying Dealer will replace and Dealer is TATA motor can only do we don’t have the policy.
So I thought to raise my issue in this consumer forum. Now government only help me in this.
Please help me to resolve the issue and take the action against TATA and concord motor.
