I have too much trust on trust on tata because they truely indian but service in tata motors and their car quality is too bad.
I got a tata zest xe model car from marigold dealer from kanjurmarg but they all are fraud, they all ducaits (Salesman ravinder, manager sanjog and owner abhishek malik) first they lost my car paper, for that i have to wait till six months i have to pay six emi after that their service also pathetic. They told me to go at lovato to get cng kit and we got from ghatkoper on 53000/- rs. They told tata recomends only lovato cng kit. It has cobd kit which is only designed for tata zest cars but till now in last 5 months my car regularly visiting service centre.
It cant run properly. Now i am frustated what to do situation. Still my car is in service centre at wasamn motors at chembur service centre, they also dont know what is the issue of car. Lovato and tata motors both are playing blame game. Please do something on priority basis asap.
Neither i dont have any option i fired my car in ahead of tata motors and fired my self also because i dont have money to pay emi and service centre charges. I got this car for starting my business but now i think everything vanished just because of it. Was this information helpful? |
