I had a pathetic experience with the sales and service team at tata motors.
I am experiencing issues since couple of months with my tata tiago zxa bought in february 2019.
Issue :
The engine misfires while taking a start gives a sound, the car won't move anywhere until you keep pushing the throttle till few seconds, this is even worse on an inclined surface. For eg: reversing on an elevated road is a nightmare the engine just won't take it.
Complaint :
My mother was almost caught in an accident with this issue and in my absence, she took the car to the service station where they denied to notice anything.
I flew back to the town and experienced the exact situation. The service team said its normal for a car to perform like this.
I asked the sales team for a trail car to compare mine and was denied, they said they don't have any amt version in stock currently, i then applied brains and called them up as a customer asking to buy an automatic and was promised a test drive the next day,
But luck wasn't in my favor they recognized me and gave reasons for the car to be in the workshop for some repairs and denied me a test drive.
After couple of hours shouting my brains out, i managed to get it. I drove the trail vehicle and it was perfect i took it to service station and asked the technician to see the difference only then he agreed to admit the flaw.
I was surprised to see how the game is played in the dealership.
My car is still at the service center with no resolution and i would not stop taking this to a higher level. Was this information helpful? |
