Below is the response i i have received from the service center.
Now as stated below, is the vehicle have an accident history then why the parts was not changed at the time of accident, there was many parts replaced under and was claimed to my insurance.
Now, did tata failed to analyze that the steering may also need a replacement?
If so, then who takes a responsibility of a loss of my life incase i would have met with an accident due to this negligence.
Secondly, if tata thought that the part is absolutely fine and need no replacement at the time of accident then what's stopping tata now to cover now under warranty?? Is tata tryin to fool people here? Or the companies intensions is to put the burden on consumer.
Now, mr sohaib, the impact of the left tyre was done by the puncher man, at the time to fixing my puncher he hit the type with an hammer which end up giving a dent to my alloy.
Having said that, the i met with an accident last year, so if the car was working perfectly fine after tata has fixed and handovered to me and now when there is a problem, u are saying that it will not be covered.
Either tata is making fool to consumers or tata do not have enough qualified engineers to examine the fault at this right time to get timely solution.
This question is for all the top directors/ceo of tata motors who are in this email.
I am not at all buying this point which mr. Shoaib informed me as all the pointers are illegitimate.
I am willing to proceed further legally.
