I have an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with Tata Motors, which includes two free services. I have already availed the first service, and I am currently facing difficulties in obtaining the second service, which, as per the terms of the AMC, should be provided at no additional cost.
I have today lodged a complaint (Reference Number: mpl-0016/11-23-PV) regarding this issue, the matter remains unresolved. I have been in contact with the service manager and manager, who have mentioned some technicalities that I find difficult to comprehend and believe. When I initially availed the first service covered under the AMC, the service representative informed me that the AMC includes two free services and that I can avail the next service within one year. I have thoroughly reviewed the terms and conditions of the AMC, and it is clear that the second service is included. The showroom representative said if you have not done the paid service for the car now, the warranty is not covered.
