1. I have booked my vehicle for service at tafe service, trichy road coimbatore on 28/05/2018 morning 9.30 am. I have received a message that my job card is opened on 29/05/2018 at 10.46 am but not attended for service till 1.00 pm on 29/05/2018.
2. When i visit the service center on 29/05/2018 at 1.00 pm my vehicle was unattended and kept aside at the service centre. They told they will deliver vehicle on 28 may evening itself but not done so. When i called the service centre nobody attended my phone call.
3. When i approached the supervisor mr. Saravanan for the query he asked me to talk to the service manager. The service manager mr. Sreejith is so irresponsible and treated me like a beggar and not ready to talk to me at all.
4. Even after spending 2 days at the service centre my vehicle problem not cleared. The service people say they couldn't find wherefrom the sound comes in the vehicle. Then what for these people are at the service center. Still the problem exist in my vehicle even after service.
5. I own a taxi vehicle. I could not send the vehicle on time to the customer who book ed my vehicle earlier for 29/05/2018. Due to the irresponsibility of the supervisor and service manager i lost my reputation and in come for the 2 days.
6. Is so the situation then what is the requirement of a supervisor and service manager at the service center? What are the duties of them at the service center even they are not ready to listen the complaint of a customer?
