Dear tata team,
As we all now going for buy indian products then such service center providing third class service and disappointed customers.
When i give my car tiago for first service i mentioned clearly issue of cooled glove box not working (Air flow not coming inside). Service advisor has listen but not done work. Now he saying to me take back car again at their service center, which is 20km away from my home.
First of all who bear that time loss and fuel cost of 40 km due to lacking of knowledge of technician/ managers?
Secondly if purposely tata service team has ignored to do work then they need to close that service center and making fool to customers, just start car wash center i suggest them.
I need strong action against that person who really don't want to work in indian company and due to such employee public don't buying indian cars.
Take strong action!!
