[Resolved]  Tata Motors — with regard to non-availability of spare part anywhere in delhi with all the tata service centres.

Hi,

This is to inform you that, i had visited tata service center on 19th apr 2019 as there was some major problem that had occurred in my car radiator fan. The tata service center supervisor guided me to get the entire unit changed but he mentioned that part is not available here in the center nor in entire delhi in other centers. You would have to wait for 2 days to get the part from pune.

Please let me know how much time would tata take to make the part available? Also, on friday and today i had called tata customer care and they mentioned about connecting me with concerned department and would arrange a callback but till now i have not received any call from customer support.

In the nutshell, this kind of service is not expected where tata does not even cares to reply it's customers and how and why customer would buy tata products if tata cannot manage to keep spare parts in the service center. They would have to call and order spare part from pune to make that available for the customer.
