The mechanics were literally not following any procedure, i had to direct for each job as i have learnt as an owner of a maruti car. I was not provided with any receipt or detail sheet of work done on my car but with a clumsy gate pass. I kept waiting for feedback call but was not contacted. Only cleaning and washing, net bolt checking was done, no body followed any procedure, wheel balancing and alignment checking was not done for the reason known best to them.
