Tata Play — Fraud commitment

Dear sir/ma'am,

This is to inform you I am the customer of tata play .

Today i.e. 19.07.2023 my tata play connection is installed but there is one problem,

When I booked an order of tata play
the tele marketing lady committed for me that you have to pay only 1500 rs to complete the set up.


There are 460 rs recharge packages included in this 1500 rs. So I'm ready to purchase this and give concern to complete the set up.

So there are two guys who came and completed the set up .

After the complete set up I received the call from customer care she said your recharge is 320rs and your account balance is 209 rs and due date is 7 August.

Customer care said that the recharge pack is valid till 30 days but tata play failed .

So I just complained about that so two installer guys recharge 100 rs so the due date is increased 17 August and balance also increased 309 rs.

After that they guys are gone and after 20 minutes I see that my balance is 209 rs and the due date is 7 aug.

So i complained to the customer care he said your 100 rs is reversed from some one.

I didn't understand this policy of tata play that some one is to steal your money from a tata play account.

so where is my mistake about this concern.

so pls note down two complaints

1. False or fraud commitment from tele callers to sell the connection .
tele caller no is[protected]

2. To refund this amount of 100 rs in my tata play account.

Kindly refund this amount as soon as possible.

Kindly do the needful.
