Tata Play — Reduction of money and de-activated the account without any notification

I'm a current DTH TV Tata Play subscriber [protected].

On 23rd Saturday April 2022, the on-field technician named Vijay visited my residential place to replace the Tata Binge Firestick remote. Prior the replacement, Vijay validated with the backend team where the remote is under warranty and hence, he replaced the OLD remote with New Firestick remote by pairing with the TV set.

On 24th Sunday April, I received a customer call to check if the issue is resolved for which I mentioned its fixed. On 27th Wednesday April, the money was been deducted from the my Tata Play account without any prior notification and also the connection was deactivated.

On the same day (27th April) at 9:15am I raised a customer care complaint at[protected] and explained the entire scenario. The customer care registered my complaint and assured me it will be resolved in 24 hours. I took a follow-up 4 times on 27th April so as to fix the issue. But there as been no response from the Tata Play even after 24hours of registering the complaint.
