Tata Power Solar — reissue with solar panel

I have installed an on-grid solar panel 3kb 1 1/2 years ago by unique energy kottayam. This is the 5th time it has not working properly. First 3 times the engineer said the problem with the inverter and it was changed last three times. But this time the engineer said it is the problem with earthing. They have changed earthing in april 2020. However, the system is not working as it should be. If you cannot repair this well, i would like to refund my money back. I believe the products are not meeting the quality. So i'm very disappointed with this. I would like you to consider this and please do the needful as early as possible.
