Sir,
5.22 KW Tata solar panel with Solis inverter was installed on 13.05.2022 under KSEB Soura subsidy scheme in my house which located in Palakkad District.
On 27.05.2022, KSEB installed the net metering and checked the system. They found whe they disconnected the Fuse carrier from the net metering board voltage is coming in the fuse carrier even when the Solis inverter is in a shut off position.
Due to this KSEB official told until this is rectified they will not give permission for using the solar power.
The Technician for local agency came next day but he could not find out the error. Now local agency of Tata Power taken up the matter with Tata Solar and I had also sent many emails to Tata customer care.
But till today (01.06.2022), the error was not rectified and I am not in a postion to use the Solar Power generation.
Hope the matter may please be taken up with appropriate person for rectifying error on a war footing basis.

Sir,
Till now the problem is not solved. I am unable to make use of the Solar power generation since the commission i. e since 27.05.2022 due to the Volatage coming in the Fuse holder when the fuse carrier is pulled out. Until and unless this voltage issue is rectified KSEB will not give clearance to operate the Solar Plant.

Request your help in referring the matter at appropriate level for immediate action
