Now Tata Sky is cheating with peoples. How many times you are hiking the package rates. Your hikes are higher than petrol/diesel prices.

Have you checked in past few months how many times you have hiked the package rates?

I had trusted on TATA Brand while buying, as it was more genuine than other brands, but I was totally wrong. After giving Dish/connection, Tata Sky are increasing plan rates unrealistically.

    I have been complaining at your customer care for the last 5 days to no avail. They keep telling me that they have updated my complaint and have 2-3 times connected me to senior executives also.
    I am not going to renew your package as I have been completely harrassed by your staff and shall go to the Consumer Court against the company.
    Your staff sits smug and we are being charged for services which we don't get. Since when has TATA's become like this?
    A most trusted and well reputed company is going to DOGS!
    My complaint number is NLB4LAX.

      Dear sir,

      I am very happy that tata sky complaint status update [id: 1252397] was very well handled .

      But the technician boy jiarul by name changed the lmb ( as he said the name of the product on the disc) charged rs.350/- cash but failed to produce any receipt.

      However, i am grateful to your engineer mr. Ridip deka, tezpur tata sky service, assam who called me to know the matter cross checked and told that he was not supposed to take any cash from the customer.Person like mr. Deka is really appreciated.

      Please handle such technician who spoils reputation of an ethical company like tata.

        Hi,

        My Tata Sky subscription ID is : [protected]


        2-3 years back I have been using tata sky with the basic pack Dhamal mix having cost Rs.200 per month and few month back I have added one kid pack for Rs.45 something.

        I was just paying money what they have mentioned recommended payment from there site only. Today I checked the account well and came to know that they are charging me what we had agreement at the time of getting connection. Also no information, No communication happened via call, sms or email from the Tatasky to me. Regarding the the price increased.

        Now there new cost is for dhamal pack is Rs.270 and Kid pack is Rs.60 . Its too costly. I asked customer care regarding this today and they replied that they have added more channels, How come they add it without notifying me. Also what channel they added would not be of my choice. They could add it for there benefit and to get more money. I was happy with my exciting price and channels.

        Now I want all money back since they have increased charges with out intimated me.

            Sir my customer no. Of tata sky DTH is [protected]. I received a call on[protected] from tata sky and caller namely surrender told me about 8 English Chanel for monthly rent of 30 rs. Without my willingness he added facility of English channels for 30rs additional rent. This dish is actually using my old family members for only dharmik programs and Hindi news because they do not know english .I told this to surrender but he answered that I have added this facility. After this call I received SMS for addition of 8 channels. It is very shamefully for this kind of business of a big established company like tata. Pl. Solve my problem

              i am having tatsky connection with accoutn id. [protected]

              my RMN is [protected].

              today i received a sms stating that rs.1135 for south special pack is debited from account.

              yesterday (22.3.16) though i received a call from your (tatsky) customer care regarding the offer, i did not give any consent for the same.

              already i had such a bad experience once (debiting towards a six month package without my authorisation) and tatsky has reversed the same once i registered a compliant. that time i was assured that same thing will not happen again and as requested by me, it was also assured that i will not receive any calls from your customer care.

              however again i am put to hardship and wastage of my time and energy once again. kindly reverse the debit of 1135 doen in my account and reverse back to monthly package where the charges are debited on per day basis.

                Most channels in movies, entertainment and kids channels do not display anything.

                I understand the HD channels do not come as my set top box is not HD supportive.

                This has been going on for many months.

                Kindly do something about it.

                  We have bought a new set top box from tata sky recently. But on 19-3-16 set top got some problem and went blank. We raised a customer complaint but till todate 23-3-16, problem has not been resolved.

                  And their officials in pondicherry division, treated the custumers with very worst approach.

                      Last two days i am not receiving the "NO SIGNAL" message on the t, v, screen .
                      i registered my complaint but no execution till to day. to day mataorning i received the phone from tata sky technician, ask me the convinient time to visit the place, i told him to come at 5.00 p.m but no technician visit my place. as the CRICKET MATCHES are going on and tata sky announcing number of advertisements in this regards. i am 9 yrs. old customer but first time feel poor customer service.
                      pl. rectify my no signal difficulty to day, so i can enjoy the cricket matches

                          Hi,
                          I just relocated to Mumbai 2 weeks ago and staying at a rented house and in a big trouble because of Tata Sky, The engineer brook th eglass door during the istallation which is cost nearly Rs10000.00 .

                          Raised the ticket immediately with tatasky, and at that time tatasky as well as the manager of the engineer assured they will fix it within 2-3days. But now tatasky extending the duration again and again not got any +ve response, Already more than 1week passed, tata sky is only giving the assurance.
                          I tried to contact the connect the nodal officer but not able to reach.

                          Please help, I am in avery big trouble.

                            Sir/Madam,
                            I wish to inform you that on 19.03.2016 a phone call received by from [protected] stating that they are from Tata Sky and they want to install the new connection for which I have paid for that. I have replied to the person I am out of station, tour to Warangal. He replied we have brought all the installation material and requested me for action. Then I suggested to the gentlemen to fix the Dish on the top and leave the cable near to my residence. and I asked my neighbours to collect the Tata Sky Kit. After half an hour he again rang up and confirmed the handing over of the kit to my neighbour.
                            On 21.03.2016 at about 06.50 pm I rang up the gentlemen asking him to complete the process of installation. He replied that " I cannot attend the work until you pay some money. if you want to make a compliant against me you can do what ever level you want to do. " In this regard I request the Help line to take the suitable action and see the the new Tata Sky HD Disk connection to be installed completely. The ID received by SMS is [protected] .

                            I hope you will act promptly and the issue to day it self.

                              a am not able to use Service of tata sky from last two month. I have raise complaint 7 to 8 time, call at customer care approx. 20 to 30 time but any one not come at my home to resolve the issue.

                              tata Sky put fake information in there Web site of their Nodel office this is only a customer care number.

                              & there is usually wording that our repressive will call you after that no one review that quarry is resolve or not.
                              only there is only target of money no one care about customer.

                                I just got a call from TATA Sky customer care executive from the tel. no. +[protected] and was told me if you re-charge your connection before 7pm today you will get 15 days grace period total of 45 days instead of 30 days. I immediate recharged but it is only for 30 days. I again spoken to your customer care executive but they are telling it is a false.
                                Please resolve the issue other wise people will heart to TATA Sky.

                                  We have activated only the south Indian pack. But there are some other extra channels are been telecasted. And the recharge amount are deducted in larger and within a week. We are about to subscribe thrice in a month. Even the cable TV wouldn't go much than 100. We just want you to cancel the other channels than the south Indian pack and want to reduce the amount regarding the packs which we've activated.

                                      I tried calling customer care service several times but it gives waiting PD of at least 5 to 6 mins n again waiting PD...this is totally nonsense...this problem was not there earlier...n your rep picks up phone n don't behave properly...I just wanted to change my pack...n am not able to do so...Pl consider my request...
