We arranged to send a consignment via tci express on the 13th of april to kozhikode. They wrote the pin code wrong in their site. So we called the customer service to ask them to change the pin code. Even after a few days their site showed the same wrong pin code. There were no updates on their site regarding the location of the consignment after the 14th of april. We kept calling the kandivali branch manager and their customer service to ask about its status almost every day and the standard reply we got was that they will us back. But we never got a call back. Our customer being fed up cancelled our order. We asked tci to cancel the dispatch after knowing that the consignment was still in mumbai. They told us that they will and so we asked for a written confirmation from them for the same which they also said that they will send. But the next email we got from them stated that our goods have been dispatched despite our asking them not to do so and despite their reassurance that it won't be. Now the goods were brought back to us after they sent it all the way to kerala and are asking us to pay rs.9665. Was this information helpful? |
