Dear Sir,
I have booked a ticket with PNR No: [protected], to be travelled on 14/08/2014. As there was heavy traffic jam around Secunderabad I could not board the train intime. I missed it.
I have filed TDR on the next day 15th August 2014.
Today I received the mail, quoting that Refund process not done with the reason TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit Was this information helpful? |
