I have not got the refund for the train ticket which I filed tdr 3.5hrs before journey. The reason selected was train late more than 3hrs.
If railway says that the passengers travelled on that train even after filling TDR, then I can prove them wrong as the passengers travelled on another train on the same day to same destination.
Please investigate on this matter and provide refund asap or else I may need to go to consumer forum for further action.
I am attaching all details in this mail.
