Dell Laptop delivered on 27th aug, very very slow. Not able to study. All my family's saving we invested that got wasted. We need help to change the product. I already have huge MBA education loan. Now my studies are getting hampered.
Please help!!!

which processor, how much ram harddisk capacity is install in your laptop

lenovo ideapad 3 with i5 processor and 10th generation was delivered to me 9 days back and it has started discharging at a faster rate. What should i do now ? My hard earned money is wasted .

disable possible background applications
