Dear costumer service,
This is in regards to the Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 Core i5 10th Gen that I had purchased from flipkart on August 7, 2020.Invoice attached for your reference. Due to work commitments, I was unable to use my laptop for the past 3 months and was unable to boot it during this short timeframe. When I started, nothing was working. I approached the nearest lenovo authorized service centre they had informed me that the laptop require a new motherboard.
This laptop is just two years old and a mother board needs to be replaced is something that I find technically defective to the brand model.I have been using Lenovo products for quite sometime and was a satisfied costumer.
Attached herewith is the invoice receipt.Kindly do the needful to investigate this issue for the model and where I can get this serviced from Lenovo.
As i am a student and unable to spend alot of money in this regard and appreciate your service attention for the same on urgent basis as my exams are approaching and I am relying on online courses and study material.
