Hope you’re doing well. I ordered a product from flipkart. And it was shipped through E-Kart, Got it delivered on 12th of January. It was a laptop. I opened the box and there was no product in the box. It was empty. I was shocked to see it! I contacted flipkart at that moment itself and told them the details. They told me that they’ve created a case regarding this and also they told me to wait till 24th of this month. Then after few hours i got a mail saying i need to upload the images of the box and the invoice. I have submitted all these details and now I don’t have any update! Do i need to move legally? Its not my mistake right! It should be taken care of Flipkart or E-Kart. If these brands are not gonna help me, then am placing a complaint in consumer forum. I need to know the decision ASAP. Its my hard earned money. So am tweeting and posting this incident on my social media handles, that these giant companies are not properly taking care of their customers. I tried contacting E-Kart delivery boy through the mobiles number shown on flipkart order section at that moment itself (when I opened the courier) but the call didn’t get connected, even after entering the pin shown on the order section of flipkart. Either its flipkarts or E-Karts issue. I tried contacting E-Kart customer care from the number showed on google but the call was directed to flipkart, and then when I searched i got this mail. So writing this in pain. Am sending copy of this mail to both the companies senior departments. Hope you will help me with a solution. Looking forward to hear from you.
