Iam a student of Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management Mangalore.I have registered and completed the 1st round (On-campus).I hvae been shortlisted for 2nd round and got the 2nd round assessment.Which I could taken from 10AM Sep 29th to Oct 2 -7AM.

Starting from beggining, I joined Tech Mahindra company for Flipkart CSA (Kolkata) work from home.
The fixed salary was 13273/- in hand and stipend was 300 per day. Training started from 16 July and we received our joining letter from 5 August.
I worked till 4 September and my salary should have been around 18k including stipend for 18 days. But on 30 August, I received only 13k. When I checked the pay slip, it shows my leave...

I am 2022 passed out batch. i placed in tech Mahindra and got loi on march 7 after that they assign some courses and i completed all courses within the timeline. After that they conducted certification test. And i attended the exam in online. After that some people got background verification mails. but till now i didn't get any update from tech Mahindra. In the previous mails they didn't mentioned anywhere its an elimination round....

I got selected in tech Mahindra and submitted my documents on may 26 2022.But till now there is no single update regarding offer letter.Its been more than 3 months.I have mailed to hr sevaral times regarding the same, but no response.Atleast give some updates regarding the delay, so that we can wait with a hope....

My father is holding tech mahindra shares since 2015 and the dividend of the shares have not been credited in my account since then. It was advised to send updated documentation to the linktime email to Umesh sharma who is in Pune operations and i have sent physical documents as wel but the guy has stopped replying to the mails. So, I applied for uk retention web chat process on 14th July 2022, and before proceeding for an interview. I confirmed with the HR about in-hand salary package which I will get for the same process.
I cleared all the rounds of an interview, and I received my offer letter on Saturday with different salary package.
Also, as I already confirmed about in-hand salary with hr department before an interview so that's why I refused...
