This incident happend on my Travel from Tirunelveli to Chennai in Nellai Express dtd 20th June, 2008. I was carrying an e-ticket and as authentication proof was carrying a laminated xerox copy of my Pancard. The TTE incharge after seeing my xerox PANCARD insisted me to show the original PANCARD, which I did not carry at that moment. i had booked a ticket for my in law on 30th of jan 08 and indico had cancelled the flight on that day and offered flight for next day.when we tried to cancel the ticket they told there is a cancellation charges of rs 750/- and they will deduct that money and will refund the money to my account (i booked ticket through my credit card), my request from every one please do not travel from indigo airline..
