Techprocess Payment Gateway — Account Debited but payment not recd at ATEPFO department

We have made a payment of 9640.94 dated 12.01.2022 to ATEPFO, PF-DLI Form A payment through PNB Corporate Net Banking, the UTR No. [protected] (trans ref ID : [protected]) . Our Account No.[protected] got debited with Rs. 9640.94, but in the ATEPFO portal the payment is still not received. Kindly reverse the amount to our Account No[protected]
