Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Bill not updated

Address: Flat no B , third floor, dhani mahal, plot no 76, sogbowli village, rajendra nagar circle, Telangana-500048

I have paid the bill of amount Rs3703 on December 26th 2022 through online UPI Mobikwik app, Amount got debited from my bank account and the trasanction done successfully, But the 3703 bill amount added in the January month bill.
I went to TSSPDCL office, located at Rajendra Nagar, they shared the Statement of bill credits, I could not see that the amount of 3703 not credited in December month at their end, I have already raised complaint customer support Southern power telanagana, but no respone till now.
I am attaching online paid bill, power bill, statement here.

Please refund the amount or adjust to present month bill.
